Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy:

The product will only be exchanged if:

  • It is of poor quality
  • Damaged
  • Dimensions are not standard

In order to be exchanged a product has to be:

  • In the same condition as it was dispatched
  • Returned with the original packing
  • Should not be further damaged
  • Returned with all the contents that were dispatched

 Customer will bear the cost of sending the package back to SO KAMAL

The product to be exchanged must be of similar or less value than the product previously received.

** The exchange policy will not be applicable during any kind of sale.

Refund Policy:

No refunds will be processed for Cash on Delivery orders. For credit card orders, the amount will be refunded via Cross Cheque only if we are unable to fulfil the order. For incomplete dispatch on credit card orders, the remaining amount will be refunded in the same manner.
